Event Description: “During this gathering Jodi shares the history and benefits of tea, explores the healing gifts of plants, and invites participants to discover how slowing down with a warm cup can become a gentle practice of choosing joy. Taste, make, and commune with a curation of tea blends harvested from Jodi Lynn’s garden.

This event is more than a tea tasting. It is an opportunity to awaken your curiosity and discover the deeper connections between people and plants. You’ll leave with a richer understanding of each herb and flower, practical knowledge you can take home, and perhaps a new appreciation for the stories waiting inside every cup.”

Presenter Bio: “Jodi Lynn Turpin is a joy guide, herbal educator, and host of the Choosing Joy podcast. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of nature, intentional living, and simple everyday practices that cultivate joy.

With a love for medicinal plants, herbal tea, and meaningful conversation, Jodi creates welcoming spaces where learning feels relaxed and inspiring.

Intentions: Beginner Stained Glass Workshop in conjunction with Dreams of a Redbone solo show at Dzanc August, 2026.

Event Description: “Learn stained glass basics from Iman using the copper foil method to create your own piece of stained glass artwork. During this 3 hour workshop, students will cut shapes from glass sheets, grind on a glass grinder, brandish foil, and solder using a soldering iron.

18+. No experience required; traditional leaded solder used in this course.”

What to Bring: All materials and tools including safety glasses, aprons and gloves are provided. Please wear close-toed shoes.
